OFFER 1 · ONLINE ACCOUNTING

My automated online accounting

For small businesses, tradespeople and freelancers: you open your file online with a few answers, send invoices, bank statements and expense claims to a portal, and your books are kept in Pinnokio, Bexio or Odoo. An opening fee, then a monthly plan, shown before any payment.

Your client area, for real

This is what you see when you sign in: your result, what your customers owe you, what you have to pay, and an assistant to ask your questions.

Client area dashboard: result to date, customers to collect from, suppliers to pay and assistant.
Your dashboard: your result, what your customers owe you, what you have to pay, and the assistant.
“My employees” page of the client area: team list, buttons to announce a new hire or end a contract.
Your employees: a new hire or the end of a contract is announced from here, and your accountant takes care of it.

How it works

You answer

Your company is found in the commercial register; you state your business and VAT.

You choose a plan

It depends on the volume of documents you send. You see the price before paying.

You pay the opening fee

It is the only payment today. The monthly plan is billed afterwards by the firm.

You confirm your address

An e-mail arrives after payment. Its link takes you to the portal: your file opens there, in your name.

What the portal assistant does

It explains

What is expected of you, the state of your file, the next deadline, your cash and result, what your customers owe you and what you owe, your plan and your invoices.

It guides

It tells you what to send and where: invoices, bank statements, expense claims. Filing is automatic.

It organises

It sets a sending calendar with you, passed on to the firm, and opens a request to it after your agreement.

It does not do everything

It posts no accounting entries, makes no payments and gives no binding tax advice.

The monthly plans

Opening fee: CHF 50.00 incl. VAT, then the plan of your choice.

Tell us about your business

A few numbers are enough, rough figures are fine. Leave blank whatever you do not know.

that you receive, per month

receipts and small purchases, per month

money in and out of your accounts, per month

people you pay a salary to

Add detail: accounts, currencies, assets, VAT

accounts of the business

francs, euros… that you use

vehicles, machines, durable equipment

per year: usually 4, 2 with the net tax rate method, 0 if not registered

How to read these amounts

  • Your commitment: the monthly price of the plan. As long as you stay within what it includes and ask for nothing else, that is all you pay.
  • The yearly estimate: what the year could cost you in total, with overages and the work your volume suggests (year-end closing, returns, requests from authorities). It is an order of magnitude, not an invoice.
  • On demand: whatever your plan does not include is billed separately at the price shown, unless a higher plan includes it.

Enter at least your monthly documents to get a recommendation, or pick a plan directly.

Your plan

On demand, during the year

These services cannot be predicted: they are in no estimate. They are billed separately in the month you ask for them, unless your plan includes them.

  • Hiring an employeeCHF 80.00
  • End of an employee’s contractCHF 80.00
  • Adding an employee to payrollCHF 50.00

You can change plan at the end of a month, for the following month.

Glossary: what do these words mean?
Document
Anything that goes into the books: an invoice, an expense receipt, a bank transaction.
Bank transaction
A line on your statement: a payment received or sent. We match it with the invoice it belongs to.
Expense receipt
A receipt or small purchase paid for the business: a meal, fuel, supplies.
Plan
A fixed monthly price that includes a certain number of documents and services.
Included
What your plan covers at no extra cost. As long as you stay within it, you only pay your commitment.
Overage
Whatever goes beyond what is included. It is billed per unit, at the price shown in the plan.
Hourly work
What cannot be counted in documents: a meeting, the year-end closing, a tax return, a request from an authority. It is billed at the hourly rate, minus the hours included in your plan.
Year-end closing
Closing the books at year end: checking, justifying and finalising the figures for the financial year.
VAT return
The VAT declaration sent to the tax administration, usually four times a year. It only concerns you if you are VAT-registered.
Asset to depreciate
A durable purchase (vehicle, machine, computer) whose cost is spread over several years.

Amounts exclude VAT. The estimate is calculated from what you entered; it binds neither you nor the firm.

Questions about this path

Do I need an appointment?

No. The path is entirely online.

My company already exists: can I open a file?

Yes. Your accounting firm takes over your history with you after opening. Nothing is imported automatically.

Can I keep Bexio or Odoo?

Yes. You can connect Bexio or Odoo during opening, or afterwards with your accounting firm.
